A fortuitous meeting during a summer's evening networking in Edenbridge introduced Pentar to a local client involved in the development of luxury villas near Marrakech.
There will be eight villas, ranging in size from 300sq metres to the largest, a grand design indeed at 3,000sq metres.
We are producing General Arrangement drawings, 3D CAD models enabling the developer and purchasers make decisions on layouts and decorations, and have visited the site a number of times to advise on detailed issues and the production of a promotional video for the client's web-site.
