The project was the culmination of a long history, the original client approached us to look at a roof extension to his bungalow.  We identified the possibility of developing his plot with five units and following a series of chapters, a successful outcome was reached.

The units had planning constraints on being raised above the local flood level together with limitations on the ridge height.
