A development of 40 residential units and two retail units on this busy street in Peckham.  The previous building was badly damaged by fire, the resulting replacement building successfully provided a fresh clean environment and is acting as a catalyst to the regeneration of this area.

The units are a mixture of affordable and shared ownership and maximum use was made of this constricted site, with complex access issues.
